Does Rachio 3 operate if there’s no wifi?

Yeah, Rachio 3 still operates. Without wifi, you can program it manually. When my wifi was offline, I had a similar issue, it still watered properly, and when it went back online, it reported the quantity of water and the sprinkler’s time.
